Affiliate Terms

AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS AT GIAODIENWP.NET

Welcome to the Affiliate program of GiaodienWP.net. By registering and participating in the program, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions below. These terms are established to protect the rights of both Affiliates and the GiaodienWP system.

1. Participation conditions

• Any individual or organization with civil legal capacity can register to join the Affiliate program at GiaodienWP.net.
• Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate registration and payment information (Bank account number, Account holder name). GiaodienWP is not responsible in cases where inaccurate information leads to commission transfer errors.

2. Regulations on Commissions & Order Tracking

• Commission rate: Affiliates will receive a commission rate of [20%] of the total value of successfully paid orders through the collaborator's affiliate link. (The rate may vary depending on the campaign or collaborator level; the rate displayed in your account is the official one).
• Cookie Storage Mechanism: Affiliate links store cookies for [30 days]. If a customer clicks your link and completes a purchase within this timeframe, the commission will still be credited to you.
• Commission attribution rule based on “Last Click”: If a customer clicks multiple affiliate links from different collaborators, the commission will be awarded to the collaborator whose link the customer clicked last before making a purchase.
• Fraud: Strictly DO NOT click on your own affiliate link to make purchases for commission or abuse discount codes. The system automatically checks IP addresses and information; violations will result in immediate commission cancellation.

3. Payment Regulations

• Minimum payout threshold: The collaborator's commission balance must reach a minimum of [500,000 VND] to be eligible for a withdrawal request.
• Payment cycle: Withdrawal requests will be reviewed by the GiaodienWP Accounting department and transferred on [the 5th to the 10th of every month] for commissions generated in the previous month.
• Payment method: Domestic Vietnamese bank transfer. Transfer fees (if any) will be covered by the collaborator according to bank regulations.

4. Marketing Implementation Guidelines

To build a healthy competitive environment and protect brand reputation, collaborators DO NOT are permitted to perform the following actions:

• Running search ads (Google Ads, Bing Ads…) using keywords containing the brand name “GiaodienWP”, “GiaodienWP.net” or keywords containing spelling errors of the brand.
• Re-uploading GiaodienWP products/themes to e-commerce platforms or other websites as “Resell” for profit.
• Sending spam emails or text messages (Spam SMS, Message) to users who have not subscribed or have no demand.
• Placing affiliate links on websites with content violating Vietnamese law (reactionary, pornography, fraud, gambling…).
• Deliberately providing false information or exaggerating the features of theme/plugin products compared to the official description from GiaodienWP.net to deceive customers.

5. Handling Violations

• First violation: Send a warning email and refuse to pay part or all of the commissions generated from the violation.
• Second violation (or serious violation): Permanently ban the Affiliate account, deactivate all Affiliate links, and permanently freeze/confiscate the unpaid commission balance.

6. Terms Modification

• GiaodienWP.net reserves the right to modify, replace, or update the terms of the Affiliate program at any time.
• Important changes (such as commission rates, payment policies) will be notified to affiliates via Email or displayed on the Dashboard at least 07 days before taking effect.
• By continuing to get sharing links and operating after changes are made, the affiliate is deemed to have accepted the new terms and regulations.
