PAYMENT POLICY AND BUYING GUIDE

1. Accepted payment methods

Currently, we process 100% of transactions through:

  • Momo e-wallet transfer (QR code scanning)

For the system to automatically recognize and process orders instantly (24/7 including holidays and Tet), please do not modify the transfer content when scanning the code using your banking app.

2. Pricing system (Coins)

  • All products on the system can be displayed in VND or in Points/Coins.
  • Default conversion rate: 1 Coin = 1 VND. You will not incur any conversion fees or other transaction fees.
  • You can also top up a certain amount of Coins in advance into E-Wallet (Wallet) your virtual account on the website for gradual deductions, making future purchases of multiple files much smoother and faster.

3. Purchasing and File Receiving Process

All digital resource transactions are 100% automated through the following steps:

  1. Step 1: Choose the product you want to own and click “Mua ngay”.
  2. Step 2: At the Checkout screen, the system will generate an automatic QR code containing the exact amount and corresponding transfer content syntax.
  3. Step 3: Use your banking app or Momo to scan the QR code and confirm the transfer.

4. Payment Troubleshooting

We understand that bank transfers sometimes experience delays due to bank processing. Please do not panic if money has been deducted but the system hasn't unlocked the download link yet; please review the following guidelines:

  • If your bank account was debited but the system hasn't activated your access: Please keep your successful transaction receipt (screenshot showing the transaction code) and send it via the Admin Support channels (Fanpage / Zalo). We will manually activate it for you within a maximum of 24 working hours.
  • In case you entered the wrong transfer content or the system fails to process automatically: Please message us with a picture of your receipt so our support team can verify it.
  • In case of incorrect transfer (excess money): For balances over 200,000 VND, we will reconcile and refund you. For smaller odd amounts, we may accumulate them into your website Wallet instead of incurring a second bank transfer fee.

5. Payment security commitment

  • GiaodienWP.net DO NOT directly store Credit Card information, Debit Card information, or any banking operation data in our database.
  • All data generated during the QR code creation process is only securely extracted to facilitate simple reconciliation. All OTP processing or security operations are strictly protected by your phone's banking app.
