WARRANTY, RETURN, AND REFUND POLICY<\/h2>\n

To ensure maximum benefits for customers and transparency during the service provision process, GiaodienWP.net<\/strong> would like to send our valued customers the detailed regulations regarding the scope of warranty and the refund\/return conditions specifically applied to the Digital Products Category.<\/p>\n

I. Nature of Digital Products and Returns<\/h3>\n

Since all products on the website are Themes\/Plugins\/Source Codes distributed in compressed formats (.zip, .rar) that can be downloaded instantly, these are digital assets of a nature that they “cannot be retrieved once copied\/downloaded”. Therefore, in accordance with international practices and our regulations:<\/p>\n

  • No returns or exchanges are supported<\/strong> (returning the file for a refund, or a direct 1-to-1 exchange for another theme) for reasons not originating from system errors.<\/li>\n
  • We only apply Conditional refund<\/strong> or Technical error warranty & fixing<\/strong> in accordance with the regulations below.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    II. Technical Warranty Policy<\/h3>\n

    1. Conditions to receive warranty<\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Complete installation support to be 100% identical to the Demo version (applicable within 30 days from the purchase date).<\/li>\n
    • Warranty to fix errors and logic bugs occurring within the core<\/strong> of the official theme or plugin released by GiaodienWP.<\/li>\n
    • Provide completely free lifetime updates via the download link in the user's account dashboard whenever a new version is released by the developer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      2. Cases where free warranty is REFUSED<\/h4>\n

      We regret that we cannot support free warranty or may charge an additional fee (depending on the severity) in the following situations:<\/p>\n

      • Website issues caused by conflicts with Third-party plugins<\/strong> installed by the customer afterwards.<\/li>\n
      • The customer's Hosting\/VPS server does not meet the minimum configuration requirements to run the source code (low PHP version, out of bandwidth, weak RAM causing disconnections).<\/li>\n
      • The customer has independently interfered with and deeply modified the Theme's code files (functions.php, template.php, header.php) without technical expertise, causing the website to crash.<\/li>\n
      • Security breach issues (Hack, Malware) caused by the customer setting easily guessable passwords or security vulnerabilities from their hosting provider's cPanel.<\/li>\n
      • Requests to code new features or change the interface based on personal design preferences not<\/strong> are not considered warranty work. This is custom code support per request (Paid service).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        III. Refund Policy<\/h3>\n

        To prevent file fraud risks, we apply a policy of No default refunds<\/strong>. However, we agree to a 100% refund of the transaction value back to your card or as an option to convert to Wallet coins if the order meets 1 of the 2 conditions below:<\/p>\n

        1. Cases eligible for a refund<\/h4>\n

        • Products with particularly serious errors (Fatal Errors):<\/strong> Complete breakdown of core features rendering the website non-functional, and the GiaodienWP Developer confirms inability to permanently fix<\/strong> or patch the error within 07 working days from the time the customer reports it.<\/li>\n
        • Misrepresented products:<\/strong> The downloaded ZIP file is empty, password-encrypted, or completely formatted differently from what was published in our product descriptions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          2. Cases NOT ELIGIBLE for a refund<\/h4>\n
            \n
          • “I changed my mind, no longer want to run the business \/ no longer need it after installing the theme.”<\/em><\/li>\n
          • “This theme does not have the abc, xyz features that I imagined.”<\/em> (Purchased themes have their features finalized based on the live DEMO version posted).<\/li>\n
          • “I accidentally bought this theme source code instead of another one.”<\/em><\/li>\n
          • “I don't know basic WordPress installation, I give up.”<\/em> (In this case, our staff is more than happy to help you reinstall everything completely free of charge, instead of issuing a refund).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            IV. Warranty & Refund Request Process<\/h3>\n

            If you encounter a technical issue beyond your ability to fix, please follow these steps for the fastest resolution:<\/p>\n

            1. Record a video or take a screenshot of the red error notification message to save as proof.<\/li>\n
            2. Prepare your administrator login information (WordPress Admin account) and server cPanel account in advance.<\/li>\n
            3. Send all information via: Zalo\/Messenger chat pinned in the corner of the website or submit a support ticket.<\/li>\n
            4. The time for the Technical department to review and confirm, patch the bug, or process the refund request will take within 24 to 48 working hours.
